20.12.2008  | The event started at 9.00 am with a speech from HINO Managing Director Mr. Kayanoki Hiroyuki and other senior members. This was followed by different branch representatives of mechanics marching in groups to honor the guests and audience. Soon after, the official opening ceremony was launched by the MD, where the many mechanics were deployed to each truck station to flag off the competition. The competition ended at midday.Continental Sime Tyre also took this opportunity to introduce its latest Bus Tire sizing up to 11R22.5 HSR M. This display captured the interest of HINO purchasing members thus requested CST PJ to have a proposition in a separate discussion. The event was expected to draw in turnouts of about 200 people, which succeeded in doing so. Families and children were seen moving around the compound and busy occupying their time with activities organized by HINO such as kid's coloring activity, Rodeo Bull Ride machine, Sumo Wrestling game and other activities.The event went on successfully and ended up wrapping at 1.00 pm.
