With this program, you will be prepared on every level for a position in the tire production division of a global player. Within a period of two years, you will learn every relevant production process used in a day-to-day operation.

Content

The program consists of three modules. During the first one, what this means for you is: “Shift operations at our production facilities.” You will learn everything you need to know about tire production "from the very start". You will spend time at the R&D Center during module two. In a series of projects, you will not only learn about development processes, but also become acquainted in detail with the Conti business model. And finally, during the third module, you will accompany our sales people on their outside sales calls to customers.
