Code of Conduct of Continental AG

Continental AG is convinced that long-term corporate success is based to a particularly high degree on the ability to establish business relationships on a long-term, responsible basis. In this context, in 1996 the Corporation introduced a worldwide ("Code of Conduct") in the spirit of voluntary self-regulation.

The Code of Conduct describes the basic values and principles which are binding for all Continental employees during their everyday work and when dealing with colleagues, customers and other company stakeholders. The Code of Conduct, together with the BASICS corporate guidelines, represents the foundation of all business and social activities at Continental.
